Integrations connect HelloLeo to your existing tools and systems, allowing Leo to read and write data directly.

What Are Integrations?

Integrations are connections to external services like:
  • Odoo - ERP systems
  • Airtable - Databases and spreadsheets
  • Notion - Documentation and databases
  • Klaviyo - Marketing automation
  • Supabase - Backend services
  • Contentful - Content management
  • And many more…

How Integrations Work

HelloLeo uses a secure middleware (Integration Proxy) that:
  • Safely stores your API keys - Encrypted and secure
  • Connects your frontend directly - No need to expose credentials
  • Handles API calls - Manages authentication and requests
  • Prevents CORS issues - Works seamlessly in the browser

Why Use Integrations?

With integrations, you can:
  • Build on existing data - Use data you already have
  • Create custom interfaces - Better UIs for your tools
  • Connect multiple systems - Bring everything together
  • Automate workflows - Streamline your processes

Available Integrations

Adding an Integration

  1. Go to Project Settings - Click your project name → Project Integrations
  2. Select Integration - Choose from available integrations
  3. Enter Credentials - Provide API keys or connection details
  4. Test Connection - Verify it works
  5. Start Using - Reference the integration in your prompts

Using Integrations in Prompts

Once connected, you can ask Leo to:
  • Display data - “Show all products from Odoo”
  • Create records - “Save this form data to Airtable”
  • Update data - “Update the customer’s email in Odoo”
  • Search - “Find customers in Airtable matching this criteria”

Security

  • Encrypted storage - All credentials are encrypted
  • Secure access - API keys never exposed to frontend code
  • Project-specific - Integrations are per-project
  • You control access - Enable/disable anytime
