Leo reads and writes directly in your systems. Two kinds of connection, and they behave differently.

Native connectors

Built and maintained by us, with deep coverage of the system’s own model, roles and permissions. Leo explores your actual configuration before writing a line of code. Calls through a native connector do not consume integration credits.

The connector network

Beyond the native ones, 3,000+ apps are available: HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, Slack, Google Workspace, Dynamics 365 and the rest. Browse them from the integrations picker in the chat, or under Project Settings → Integrations. You authenticate once, and Leo wires the app the same way it wires your ERP. Calls to these apps consume integration credits.

Connecting one

  1. Project Settings → Integrations, or the integrations button in the chat
  2. Pick the app
  3. Enter credentials, or sign in through the app’s own login
  4. Test the connection

Security

Credentials are encrypted and stay server-side. Your app’s frontend never holds them: calls go through our proxy, which also means no CORS to deal with. Your ERP’s own roles still apply, and you can narrow further per project with HelloLeo AI permissions. Enterprise plans can bind a separate production connection, so the dev preview talks to staging while the published app talks to production.
