HelloLeo organizes your work into projects and workspaces to help you stay organized.

Projects

A project is a single application or website you’re building. Each project has:
  • Name & Description - What your project does
  • Chat History - All your conversations with Leo
  • Code - The files Leo creates
  • Integrations - Connected tools (Odoo, Airtable, etc.)
  • Settings - Environment variables, memories, deployment options
  • Git Repository - Version control for your code

Workspaces

A workspace is a collection of projects. Workspaces help you:
  • Organize projects - Group related projects together
  • Collaborate - Share projects with team members
  • Manage access - Control who can see and edit projects

Workspace Types

  • Personal Workspace - Your default workspace, created automatically
  • Team Workspaces - Shared workspaces for collaboration

Creating Projects

You can create projects in two ways:
  1. From the landing page - Describe what you want, and Leo creates the project
  2. Manually - Use the “Create Project” button and fill in details

Managing Projects

  • Switch between projects - Use the project selector in the header
  • View all projects - Go to the projects page
  • Configure projects - Access settings from the project dropdown
  • Duplicate projects - Copy a project to the same or a different workspace
  • Delete projects - Remove projects you no longer need

Duplicating a Project

You can duplicate any project from the projects page. Click the Copy button on a project card, and a confirmation modal will appear. If you have multiple workspaces, you can choose which workspace the copy should be created in. The copy includes all source code and files. Environment variables, API keys, and integrations are not copied.

Project Settings

Each project has settings you can configure:
  • Integrations - Connect Odoo, Airtable, and other tools
  • Memories - Store important context for Leo
  • Environment Variables - Configure API keys and secrets
  • Deployment - Set up custom domains and subdomains
