What Are Memories?

Memories are pieces of information that Leo remembers about your project:
  • Project-specific - Apply only to this project
  • Persistent - Leo remembers them across all conversations
  • Contextual - Help Leo make better decisions

Why Use Memories?

Instead of repeating the same information in every prompt, save it as a memory:

Without Memory

Every prompt: “Use French language”, “Always use dark mode”, “Company name is Acme Corp”

With Memory

Save once: “Always use French language”, “Default to dark mode”, “Company name: Acme Corp” Then Leo remembers automatically!

Common Memory Examples

  • Language preferences: “Always use French language”
  • Design preferences: “Default to dark mode”, “Use blue as primary color”
  • Company information: “Company name: Acme Corp”, “Support email: support@acme.com”
  • Data preferences: “Always show dates in DD/MM/YYYY format”
  • Integration preferences: “Use Odoo as the primary data source”

Adding Memories

  1. Go to Project Settings → Project Memories
  2. Click Add Memory
  3. Enter the information you want Leo to remember
  4. Save
Leo will automatically use this context in all future conversations.

Best Practices

  • Be specific - Clear memories work better
  • Keep it relevant - Only store important context
  • Update as needed - Change memories when requirements change
  • Use for consistency - Store preferences that should always apply
